Ziyang (Tan) Chen
I studied visual communication design at Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College, and I'm now in the MFA program in Visual Communication Design at RIT, graduating in May 2027.
From 2024 to 2026 I was a visual design intern at Valtech, first in Shanghai and then remotely. Most of that work was for Dior, CBMM and CellCarta: key visual adaptations, bilingual Chinese and English layouts, event pages and WeChat content, usually inside brand systems the clients already had.
At RIT I work in typography, motion, 3D and interactive prototypes. I build some prototypes, and this site, in code with AI tools.
